DragLinks Acceptable Use Policy
To ensure all users have the opportunity to fully enjoy the unique experience DragLinks offers, we require all users to abide by our Acceptable Use Guidelines or risk disciplinary action. These guidelines are set in place for the safety and security of each user.
All interactions facilitated by DragLinks are expected to be respectful, good natured, and in the spirit of good sportsmanship. A competitive environment is a desirable element of DragLinks Racing, though behavior such as targeted, sexual, or excessive harassment along with racism, political, or threatening statements will not be tolerated. It is the responsibility of each user to report such behavior to DragLinks administrators through the reporting portal.
For the security of each user’s property please do not divulge yours or any other users physical location. Sharing this information could result in theft or vandalism and is wholly discouraged by DragLinks Racing. As outlined in DragLinks Terms of Use, street racing along with any use on public roads is a gross misuse of DragLinks Racing and is in direct violation of the Terms of Use. It is the responsibility of each user to report any unsafe use to DragLinks administrators through the reporting portal. Any reported and verified violation will result in disciplinary action.
Use, or implied use, of alcohol or drugs (legal or illegal) that could impair a user’s ability to safely operate a vehicle is a serious violation of not only this acceptable use policy, but also many state and local laws. This behavior will result in disciplinary action and possible criminal prosecution. It is the responsibility of each user to report this unsafe and illegal behavior to DragLinks administrators through the reporting portal.
Any use of DragLinks Racing for purposes other than those intended by the administrators and operators of DragLinks is a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy and will result in disciplinary action. These uses include but are not limited to; attempts at fraud, theft, unlawful solicitation, exploitation, copyright infringement, or gambling. It is the responsibility of each user to report any misuse to DragLinks administrators through the reporting portal.
